This report is a documented research, analysis and proposal for a fit-out of 3-storey skeletal building, which is situated in Auckland. The building is a 180m2 rentable commercial property and provides room for three types of tenancies: bakery, cinema/theatre and 3 apartments. The report gives an insight on what specific needs are required on each floor and issues that have to be accommodated and resolved within one tenancy. In addition, the report provides with analysis of how other tenancies may impact fit-out systems on other floors and what products may be used to tackle any issues. Apart from that, the report contains a proposal of a layout of where the partitions will be located.. The goal of this report is to provide with a detailed and justified proposal to a group of developers who are planning expand their Asset Register.
